What is Vertical Reflex Therapy?

Vertical Reflex Techniques (VRT) were first discovered by Lynne Booth over 19 years ago, and within three years had gained a world-wide professional reputation as an incredibly effective form of weight bearing reflexology on the hands and feet.

VRT can be used in conjunction with a full reflexology treatment, usually with the client in a standing position for up to five minutes at the start and/or end of a treatment. Additional techniques can be used during a classical reflexology treatment. VRT’s therapeutic response often appears to give quicker results, possibly because all the anatomic nerves in the feet and hands become sensitised when weight-bearing and may help stubborn conditions especially muscular and joint issues.

VRT was Highly Commended for its Outstanding Contribution to Complementary Medicine by the Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine (ICNM) 2011 awards.

Quote from The Scotsman Newspaper “I’ve had reflexology treatments before, but none of them had such an immediate effect”.
